I led the design of an A/B test to enhance the customer experience within the checkout. By introducing messaging on the shopping bag highlighting our free sustainable gift packaging, we successfully increased customer confidence in our product's value and drove higher conversion rates. The project is on track to generate £3 million in additional revenue.
